- Basic shipping takes 2 weeks via EMS Express (basic shipping fee applies - free shipping for orders over USD 1000).
- Fast shipping takes 2-3 days via DHL Express (if you prefer perfect packaging, a shipping fee of USD 260 will apply. Simple packaging incurs a shipping fee of USD 90).

Free returns due to our company's fault are available worldwide. If the product you received is eligible for return, you can follow the procedure to return it if you notify us of your intention to return within 7 days of receiving the product.
